The concept behind this art gallery emphasizes the vertical circulation of the tower typology while creating a flexible public front, to engage with a greater, more diverse audience while focusing on social inclusion and engagement. This constrasts the tendancy for art galleries that are typically inwards focused institutions. The addition of a marketplace creates an unique environment, introducing and showcasing art to a more diverse mass. Formally, by rotating the plan on each floor it creates a perimeter circulation spiral offering varying views from each level, which allows visitors to experience different relationships with the city. This also reduces fatigue and offers relief as visitors transition from one gallery space to the next, before arriving to a restaurant with magnificent 360 degree views.
