The compartmentalism of suites brought about by a standardized housing model have failed society. Housing stock has been designed to sell: the smallest possible space to be listed as a high value commodity.

The share suite was designed to adapt to various modes of living and be flexible to the social and economic fluctuations that affect individuals and families. Typical configurations have forced buyers to select from studios, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment units. The share suite accommodates a maximum of six bedrooms with the potential to be divided into three distinct modules.

This proposal also provides 1200 sqm of communal space with shops at grade and ammenity rooms within a facility building and 800 sqm of office space.
